A local NYC developer Elijah Equities transformed an old warehouse/parking garage on the Lower East Side into a hip and modern office space. The 520 Warehouse is targeted mainly at tech companies (startups, media) from New York City and San Francisco. Elijah Equities partnered with VR Global to create a 360 CGI environment to show commercial prospects what the space will look like when completed.
